Chilli receipe
Do you know chilli recipes? If you don't know. So how do you know how to make delicious chilli recipe? I am going to tell you that.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped cilantro
Instructions
What you do is, in a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon when cooked.Then add chopped onion, minced garlic and chopped bell peppers to the pot. Then cook until the vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, tomato paste, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Cook the chili over low heat, then reduce heat to low.
Cover and let it cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
If desired, top the hot chilli with grated cheese, sour cream and chopped coriander.
