Banana bread recipe

Ingredients:
# 3 ripe bananas
# 1/3 cup melted butter
# 1 teaspoon baking soda
# Pinch of salt
# 3/4 cup sugar
# 1 large egg, beaten
# 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
# 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl.
Stir in the melted butter.
Mix in the baking soda and salt.Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
Mix in the flour until just incorporated. Don't overmix.Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60 to 65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
